About Solita
I know what it's like to pack the wrong story.
I'm Solita C. Roberts, an Identity & Self-Trust Speaker and the founder of Style to Impact. My work began with a story I carried myself.

When I moved from Antigua to the United States in 2019, I packed more than clothes.
I also packed a story. It told me that without a degree or a long list of accolades, I'd be made to feel less than here. I carried that story with me for a long time, and I could feel it in how I dressed, how I spoke up, and how often I didn't.
Rewriting it changed everything. Not overnight, and not perfectly, but enough to see that so many women are carrying their own version. Different suitcase, same weight.
That's why I created The Stories We Wear. It's a place for women to see the unwritten rules they've inherited, recognize themselves in them, and decide which ones they're ready to put down.

The road here
Fifteen years of watching how women show up before I ever picked up a microphone.
Banking, teller to offshore wealth management
From the front counter to a Swiss private bank, learning how trust is built and how presence shapes it.
C-suite executive assistant
A front-row seat to how leaders show up, and how much of it is about the story they believe.
Corporate life in the US
Navigating new rules in a new country, and noticing which ones I'd brought with me.
Founder, Style to Impact
A wardrobe wellness brand built on one idea: what we wear on the outside reflects what we believe on the inside.
Identity & Self-Trust Speaker
Named a LinkedIn Top Voice in Fashion & Beauty, now speaking with universities, conferences and women's communities.
What I believe
Your story is part of your identity.
And you get to reshape it. The stories you inherited helped shape who you became, but they don't get the final word. Keep what's true, and rewrite the rest.
Self-trust leads to self-advocacy.
When you trust your own judgment, you stop waiting for permission. You speak up for what you need, ask for what you've earned, and back yourself in the moments that matter most.
You were never too much.
You belong as you are, with nothing to shrink and nothing to prove.
